Page Wagner was founded in 1988 by Penny Wagner and was incorporated into a Private Limited Company “Page Wagner Associates Limited” in June 2016. Company Number 10257804.
In 1979, Penny qualified with an Honours degree in Geography at Nottingham University, and in 1983, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture at the University of Central England. In 1984 she became a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute.
From 1981 to 87 Penny was a Landscape Architect and then Senior Landscape Architect at the Barton Willmore Partnership in Reading, and in 1988 founded her own practice, which is now based near Pershore in Worcestershire.

In 2015 Penny was elected onto the Expert Panel for the MADE, West Midlands organisation. MADE is an organisation, comprising a variety of expertise dedicated to improving the quality of our towns, cities and villages.
Penny has a love of plants, as well as a passion for promoting biodiversity whether it be in commercial settings, London roundabouts, caravan parks, housing developments, or smaller garden units. Through her teaching of Garden History at Pershore she has also developed a love and understanding of historical and contemporary influences on landscape design, which she is able to use in her designs.
