Page Wagner has undertaken a wide range of commercial projects from Penny’s time
at the Barton Willmore Partnership in Reading, to the current period of running her
own practice. Projects range from initial environmental and visual impact assessment,
master plan design for both large and small sites, landscaping of new industrial
units, office blocks, retirement homes, new build housing schemes, urban courtyards,
and caravan parks. These projects emphasise the importance of the conceptual and
master plan stage in retaining key habitats which in turn allow the survival and
success of important wildlife species. Planning permission with respect to the landscape
is often required for commercial projects and Page Wagner Associates Ltd. is experienced
in working with planners and landscape architects from local authorities, in association
with ecologists, engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, site agents, landscape
contractors to name a few associated disciplines.
Penny designs with a pencil for preliminary concepts, but can then move on to either
Keyscape CAD package plans, supplied as .DWG format for example, or hand drawn as
required by the client, for sketches.
